先日友達のゆみちゃんが家に来て夕飯作ってくれました。

彼女はシンプルな素材でぱぱっと何でも器用に美味しく作れちゃう。

アボカド、トマトとチーズのサラダは最後にハーブのディルをかけて香りを引きたてます。

ゆみちゃんがキッチンで夕飯作ってる間,私はミシンで縫い物したりしてました。

じっくりにんにくと一緒に炒めたジャガイモとローズマリーの相性が抜群。

マッシュルームとズッキーニを炒めて和えたペンネパスタは唐辛子でちょっとぴりっと味を引き締めて。

雑誌を見ながら、お喋りしながら、アイディアを膨らませながら美味しい物を食べて飲んでのんびり過ごす夏の夜。

居心地の良い場所は気の合う友達の集まるとこ。

Yuuhan = Evening Meal

My friend Yumiko came over my place the other night.

She’s a great cook, and I like how she prepares her food as well.

She brings the first dish to the table, we eat, drink and talk. She goes back to the kitchen and starts cooking more without cutting our conversation off. She comes back to the table, we eat and sip a little more wine. She starts browsing some magazines, so I go back to do some sewing. We come back to the table to the next dish. We sit and talk more endlessly.

Our ideas flow and travel further continuously in the evening of summer.

The comfortable place is where my good friends are.
